Joe Fuer’s own success as a champion NYC real estate salesperson has come to inspire other sales agents who rely on his expertise. Joe’s shining professional example stems from his own proven effectiveness working closely with buyers and sellers. Joe knows that buying a home, especially here in New York, is an extremely personal and involved process that takes time, dedication and motivation from a broker, who will work with you to identify and balance your needs and expectations, then efficiently find the right place to hang your hat. Equally important is understanding the value of proper pricing, creative marketing, and helping sellers develop the best campaign possible, covering every strategic angle until a property is sold.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Joe demonstrated his impressive management ability in a demanding position with a leading independent PR agency, where he oversaw the IT department, supervised support staff, and ran the day-to-day operations of the company. Joe also enjoyed work as an actor and writer/producer for numerous Off-Broadway productions. He holds a joint master's degree in theater from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and Moscow Art Theatre in Russia.

A South Florida native who has lived in the city for over a decade, Joe is a tireless cheerleader for Brooklyn and its array of historic, culturally vibrant neighborhoods. “As any resident of New York City will tell you – nothing is more important to success and happiness in the city than a comfortable home to return to at the end of the day.
