Professional customer service and prompt, financially sound results are of paramount importance to Corcoran Vice President Jeff Doder. During his 14 years in real estate sales, Jeff has focused on providing premium market knowledge, negotiating skills, professionalism and business judgment when working with both buyers and sellers.
Jeff's primary goal as a real estate agent is to facilitate the ultimate result after first gaining a complete understanding of each client's needs. Working to achieve this goal has landed him in Corcoran’s Multi Million Dollar Circle for the past several consecutive years.
Jeff has a fluid range of expertise. He has sold full floor lofts in premiere downtown buildings such as the Richard Meyer Buildings and 30 Crosby Street as well as classic six and seven room apartments uptown. He is also responsible for all sales in a tremendously successful multi unit downtown condominium conversion while contributing to the design, marketing and construction aspects of the building
Originally from Newport Beach, California, Jeff attended the University of Southern California. He has called Manhattan home for over ten years and lives in a COOP he owns on lower Fifth Avenue. It was his overwhelming fascination with New York's real estate, architecture, and diversity that compelled him to move to Manhattan.
Prior to his arrival in New York, Jeff worked as a commercial real estate broker with Grubb & Ellis Company in Southern California. He attributes a great deal of his current success to the financial and professional knowledge he obtained while in commercial real estate.
Entrust Jeff Doder with your real estate needs.
