Martin Gleason Vice President of Operations East End

As Vice President of Operations for the East End Region, Martin Gleason manages operations for Corcoran’s entire network of East End offices. Martin previously served as Comptroller and General Manager for Allan Schneider Associates, where he guided a team of marketing and sales professionals resulting in an expansion of the company from six offices in 1997, when he joined the firm, to 12 in 2006 before being acquired by The Corcoran Group.

Martin boasts a well-rounded background of real estate experience spanning more than 20 years. Originally from Whitestone, NY, he graduated from Long Island University, C.W. Post campus with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and was awarded the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers Award for academic excellence and real estate interest. Offered a scholarship, he returned to earn an MBA with a concentration in Finance before returning a few years later to complete another Masters degree in Accounting. Martin subsequently worked in the mortgage banking business, also handling loan underwriting and originations, before embarking on a career in real estate and sales management.

Relocating to the East End’s North Fork in 2001, Martin was the founding Sales Manager of Allan Schneider’s two North Fork offices. His wife, Patricia Gleason, is a Senior Vice President at the Corcoran office in Cutchogue. Martin has served on the Board of Directors of the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association “HANFRA” for several years, and has been elected Treasurer for 2008.

He and Patricia reside in beautiful Cutchogue Country Club Estates. Together, they enjoy golfing, biking, visiting the area’s wonderful wineries, and spending time on the water in their boat.
