Beth Frazier is a Brooklyn native who has long enjoyed living and investing in her hometown borough. A graduate of Hunter College with a B.S. degree in Accounting, she worked in her original field for many years – first at PricewaterhouseCoopers, then at an advertising agency – before setting her sights on real estate investing and entrepreneurship.
Beth’s own success, investing in property and the experience she gained because of that and in her role as proprietor of a vending machine company with her husband, gave her the impetus to explore selling real estate full time. She fast discovered that real estate sales came very natural to her not just because of her market knowledge and understanding of good value, but because she truly understands what someone wants in a broker. That is consistency, responsiveness, follow up and attentiveness to their needs whether clients are looking to purchase, rent or sell.
Beth was also inspired by a unique opportunity to work with renowned investor, businessman, motivational speaker and self-help author Robert Kiyosaki, best known for his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Fortunate to win a contest where the prize was to be mentored by this highly-reputed icon, Beth acted on this life-changing experience to subsequently found the New York City Women’s Investment Group in 2006, where she used her lessons to teach other women how to invest.
Beth is especially adept at helping first-time homebuyers and novice investors realize their dreams of owning property. She brings great patience, honesty, integrity and loyalty to her clients and will stick with you until you have reached your specific goals.
