She worked to open the luxury and Intracoastal markets in West Palm Beach, continued to sell luxury properties on Palm Beach, eventually opening the New Development Divisions at two New York-based firms.

Heidi was not only able to continue to broker luxury properties but was the Managing Director for each firm's New Development Division. She was instrumental in opening one of Blackrock's (NASDAQ:BLK) flagship properties in Lake Park, Florida where she was responsible for the “start to finish” redevelopment of a 10-acre, 200-plus unit project on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Heidi made the strategic decision to return to Corcoran Group Real Estate’s Palm Beach office where she worked for many years after their acquisition of the highly respected McCann Coyner and Clarke real estate firm. Heidi is a graduate of Michigan State University, is loyal to her alma mater and the pro sports teams of Detroit. Her involvement in the sports world led her to work for the late George M. Steinbrenner III for many years. Heidi has a 20 year old daughter who is also involved in real estate. They both are long time members of the American Kennel Club showing many top winning Norfolk Terriers and Afghan Hounds.
