About Ann
Ann lives at Place Au Soleil in the Town of Gulf Stream and loves her Florida home. Ann has extensive local market knowledge and specializes in the Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Highland Beach areas.
Originally from Massachusetts, Ann holds a master's degree in clinical social work from Boston College and comes from a professional background in corporate and non-profit organizations. Ann credits her earlier training with her success in real estate. “My clinical training taught me to be a keen listener and to readily identify and advocate for my clients’ needs”. Her attention to detail, ability to effectively communicate and perseverance has earned Ann the reputation for professional and attentive service from listing to closing.
Ann strongly believes in giving back to the community and is an active volunteer and board member of several local civic and charitable organizations. Ann serves on the Board of Directors of Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA), the Foundation Board of Directors of Achievement Centers for Children & Families, the Board of the Gulf Stream Civic Association and the Board of Directors of the Place au Soleil Homeowners’ Association.
Ann began her career in real estate at the former Allmon, Tiernan & Ely. Since the acquisition of the firm by the Corcoran Group, Ann realizes the merger provides powerful resources, an expanded network of brokers throughout New York and the Palm Beaches and connectivity to national and international markets.
Ann is a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Palm Beach Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
