About Penelope
Penny Kuzmenko came to Palm Beach County over 25 years ago after living in Pennsylvania in an 18th century farmhouse and raising Arabian horses. She taught school for 5 years and was active in an 800 member Historical Society, serving as head of various committees and as Editor of the Newsletter for many years. In Florida she served on the Board of the Palm Beach County Tennis Association as President of the A-2 Division for 9 years, helping to manage a League of over 1300 competitive women, and was on the Board of the El Cid Homeowners Association. Penny and her husband owned a neighborhood bistro, The Painted Horse Café, which is still missed by the locals. She has successfully catered for many years on a yacht, in private homes, and at corporate functions where she honed her organizational skills, learned attention to detail, used her creativity, and developed the ability to work under pressure.
Her interest in architecture and enjoyment of working with people led her on a path to Real Estate. After trying to sell her own properties, she realized the advantages of a well trained agent and a firm with International clout. Penny loves the Palm Beaches with all its many assets and wants you to be at home here, too.
