About Phyllis

Phyllis Estey is a sensitive, attentive and intuitive real estate professional who truly loves helping people and genuinely cares about her clients and buyers best interests. Since high school when she volunteered as a candy striper, Phyllis has made herself available to serve the needs of others. Not much has changed over the years, as she has served on many boards in town inspired by her own need to give back to the community.

A native New Yorker, Phyllis earned her Business degree from Brooklyn College then enjoyed a career in the manufacturing end of the fashion industry. Prior to turning her expert sales, managerial and creative talents to real estate, she achieved success as a national sales manager in charge of an entire sales force as well as merchandising. Today Phyllis has proven herself as an accomplished residential specialist who really "gets" her customers and who is expert at finding the right person-property fit.

Speaking of perfect fits, Phyllis currently resides in Amagansett where she has owned a second home for over 25 years. She knows many people in the area thanks to her community involvement, and knows just as much about her territory having spent so much time out East. Phyllis lives with her husband Sheldon. Her community involvements have included her role on the town-appointed Amagansett Citizens Advisory Committee. Phyllis has also been an active fundraiser for her local daycare, The Retreat, ARF and various political and environmental causes.
