About Sheila

It's rumored that Sheila Smith was born with a real estate license in her hand. Sheila had the good fortune to grow-up in a family that has owned and operated real estate, title and construction companies on the East End of Long Island for generations.

After college, Sheila began working in earnest in her mother's Main Street real estate office. Then she married, had two children and spent several years in France before returning to East Hampton and the real estate business as a managing agent for her family. But her knowledge of the area, her expertise in real estate, and her connections both personal and professional led her back into brokering rentals and sales.

Friendly, honest and open communication is a key to Sheila's success.

Sheila attends to her own real estate investments in the Hamptons, Virginia and Florida. Her accomplishments include renovating older homes and subdividing and selling vacant property. A native of East Hampton and mother of two grown daughters, Sheila has becomed more interested in the history of the area and her local roots. Gardening, cooking, tennis and her new love of golf are keeping her very busy.
