Originally from the Boston area, Tim graduated from Long Island University before begining his professional sales career. Prior to joining Corcoran, he was director of sales for an east coast distribution company, for which he traveled extensively. This knowledge and experience of seeing and selling in other housing markets built a strong path and passion for real estate and became a great way to stay local and work in the community he loves.

Tim is LEED Certified by the USGBC, United States Green Building Council. He is also holds the National Association of Realtors, NAR/Green-Designation, from the Green Resource Council. He is also invested in local business success as the owner of a lighting design and build company that creates lighting systems for your landscape, entertainment and architectural needs.

Tim is married for over 30 years. He and his wife Judy have two grown daughters and three grandchildren who keep him busy outside of work. Tim loves to golf, fish and boat as well as most other activities. He enjoys doing home style projects and hitting the beach with the whole family, in the summertime.
