The house can sleep twelve comfortably. In the main house there are two master suites, each with en suite his and her bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a separate servants' quarters (or guest) area with two bedrooms, a sitting room and full bath. There are powder rooms at each end of the house. There are two sets of washer/dryers. A partially finished basement has a pool table and large screen TV. The garage apartment has an additional sitting room, bedroom, and full bath, as well as it's own porch overlooking the back patio area, heated pool, and lighted basketball sport court.
