I have been through the process of selling properties and purchasing properties with Marvin for my family. From start to finish all four transactions exceeded my expectations. Marvin did a great job letting us know how to prepare the home for sale. We interviewed three brokers, he showed the most potential. Marvin and his team were able to create renderings and market the property in a fashion that garnered strong interest. We obtained 5 offers, one of which was at ask. The first deal fell through, while some brokers may rush to lower the price due to a slowing economy, Marvin instead approached the second highest bidder and obtain a near ask offer.
