Twenty-year real estate veteran Julian Berkeley brings a varied background to the business and a vast understanding of the transactional process. Initially a real estate attorney, he subsequently honed his knowledge as a property owner and developer in Portland, Oregon where he fully renovated pre-war warehouses and converted them into luxury condominiums and commercial retail space.
Julian moved to New York in 2000 and joined a luxury boutique property management company. He then managed a broad portfolio of top luxury cooperative and condominium buildings for the largest residential management firm in Manhattan. He became a sales agent in Manhattan in 2006 and specialized in the sale of luxury real estate, during which time he completed over 200 cooperative and condominium sales.
A consummate professional, Julian strives to listen to buyers and sellers to determine their needs, and to exceed their expectations in a fulfilling real estate experience. “Excellence, integrity, attentiveness and dedication are key to success in this business,” he stresses, “and each of our customers and clients deserves nothing less than just that.”
Born in Cambridge , England, Julian moved to the United States at age 10. He attended the University of Oregon where he studied anthropology, business and sociology. Julian then went on to attend law school at Willamette University College of Law. He earned a Doctorate in Jurisprudence and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution.
An Upper East Side resident, Julian brings great enthusiasm and integrity to his profession, which his loyal clientele both appreciates and remembers. While work is his major focus, he is an avid photographer, scuba diver and skier when leisure time allows.
