Originally from Russia, Aleksey serves a diverse clientele that includes buyers and sellers, developers and international buyers/investors. By following the market intently and educating his clients thoroughly, he inspires informed and confident decisions throughout the various steps of each transaction. Hailing from a family of artists, Aleksey is a tenor who sang opera professionally. His talent earned him recognition in The New York Times and other publications. Aleksey also graduated top of his class from culinary school then worked in the most prestigious restaurants in New York. His intrigue with real estate began when he sold his longtime family business, a gourmet coffee house on Lexington and 65th Street, invested the proceeds in other property, and became hooked on the investment process. Aleksey has lived in the NYC area since 1993. He currently resides in Long Island City. In spare time he loves to cook for family and friends, experience different restaurant cuisines and sing, though no longer professionally as his time is now mainly consumed by real estate.
