As a proud homeowner in a cooperative, Bryan understands the buy and sell process on a personal level. For sellers, he is a strategic marketer who markets the property to its advantage and to its target audience in order to produce a qualified purchaser who can close on the unit. He utilizes all potential strategies when considering a new listing, including analyzing expected open house turnouts, potential downsides, and upsides to focus on and illuminate. He takes a creative approach in evaluating online marketing options to expose the listing to the most potential buyers. For purchasers, he takes an advisory approach, via presentation of sold comparables within a specific building or neighborhood, and an objective analysis of a listing's upsides and downsides. His experience shows through: he sold over $ 10,000,000 worth of real estate in 2011, and over 12,000,000 in 2012.
Bryan’s main source of business is personal and business referrals from friends and past clients. Many of these past clients in turn refer their friends and colleagues to Bryan because of the trust they have in his abilities and because of the service they received during the buy or sell process. He builds his business based on a foundation of integrity, diligence, and care for the client's needs. Prior to working in real estate, Bryan worked for several years as a landscape architect at a Manhattan firm specializing in the design and installation of rooftop terrace gardens and townhouse gardens. His design experience lends itself well to envisioning the possibilities for a space. The gut renovation of his apartment was an educational experience, and one that has allowed him to act as a resource for his purchasers when considering spaces that have untapped potential.
Customers and clients enjoy Bryan’s constant attention to detail, engaging approach, and sense of humor. When not hard at work for his customers or clients, Bryan enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, and running. Bryan graduated cum laude from Fordham University in New York City with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Visual Arts. He spent a year abroad at University College London. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Bryan was also a men’s figure skater who competed at the national level.
