About Chris
Chris believes that becoming a trusted advisor to his customers is one of the most important roles he has as an agent.
He has developed a large and loyal following of buyers and sellers over the years by working diligently for each of them whether they are new to the market or seasoned investors. With degrees in marketing and law, and work experience first in sales and marketing at United Airlines and later as a Law Clerk for a Federal District Court Judge, Chris's unique combination of education and experience affords him a well-respected ability to see a deal through from selling to closing with the greatest possible ease and most effective result.
Chris has closed deals from Tribeca to the UES and from Harlem to the Financial District. A Fort Greene, Brooklyn property owner since 1997, Chris is an expert in the Brownstone Brooklyn Market too. He is the resident specialist at One Hanson Place Condominium, the iconic former Williamsburgh Bank Building in Fort Greene, where he owns a home.
A former lawyer, his true passion has always been real estate, and he has been buying, renovating and selling homes since he was 20 years old.
When not working, Chris volunteers as a mentor with Green Chimneys in Manhattan, a homeless shelter for LGBTQ teens who have been abandoned by their families. He also rescues, fosters and trains pit bull terriers from animal shelters all over New York City. His own pit and best bud, Apollo, adopted him nine years ago.
