From her first meeting with clients, Carmen takes time to understand their needs, then takes action to exceed their expectations. Her remarkable interpersonal skills, intuition, focus, determination, and ability to keep her dignity through even the toughest negotiations distinguish Carmen from her peers and win her the loyalty and respect she deserves. She is proud of her predominantly referral-based clientele which extends to buyers and sellers from Europe, Russia, Asa, United Arab Emirates, South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Born in Cuba, Carmen, who speaks fluent Spanish and English, has called the Upper East Side of Manhattan home for more than four decades. She studied Business Administration at the University of Havana and graduated cum laude from Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Carmen also managed a pediatric practice, ultimately applying her keen financial, managerial and interpersonal skills to her real estate career.

An Upper East Side resident with two grown children who she raised and schooled in the city, Carmen is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a graduate of REBNY, NYRS Board Certified. When time permits, she enjoys reading, the opera, ballet, museums, and spending time with friends and family, especially her three grandchildren.
