In 1994, David Dubin ran his first NYC marathon in 4 hours 23 minutes. He went on to complete five more marathons, and after he ran a 3:28 personal best in 2000...he told himself enough was enough. The following year, David -- young, energetic, and still injury-free -- decided to switch careers from the cutting-edge business of jewelry design to the fast-paced world of real estate where he now "...runs all over New York servicing my clients. I'm very focused and single-minded," David explains. "I promise each client that I'll help him or her find the perfect apartment - or the ideal buyer - and I won't stop until we've crossed that finish line together!"
Anyone who's ever owned a business knows how hard you have to work to succeed. And hard work is something that comes naturally to David, who owned his own business for a decade. "In jewelry design you have to be there before the trend happens, or else you'll miss it," he explains. "With real estate, too, I'm not one to sit around waiting for something to happen...I'll make it happen."
David also has a creative, artistic side that translates to 'vision.' "I love it when a buyer asks me my opinion on layout, on color, or on general aesthetics. I have years of experience in this and am always happy to help."
David is a consistent member of Corcoran's "Multi-Million Dollar Winners Circle", which recognizes brokers for their outstanding sales achievements and for their contributions in advancing Corcoran's annual sales volume to over 18 billion dollars in residential properties. Bruce Zipf, President and CEO of NRT, Corcoran's parent company, recently cited David as ranking in the top 1.7% of the 59,000 NRT real estate professionals nationwide, saying it is "a special achievement by any measure".
