Raised in Mexico and North Carolina, Denisse has been in love with New York since moving here years ago. The diversity of food, cultures, languages, religions, and of course "the high energy of New York that makes the Big Apple so unique are what I love most". After studying Agriculture at the ITESM, Denisse came to New York and studied Classic Pastry Arts at the French Culinary Institute. While working as a pastry chef and food developer in the city, she enjoyed demonstrating her creative talents and interacting daily with many well-known celebrities. Prior to selling real estate, Denisse worked in management jobs in the agricultural industry, and in the food industry. She also owned a business called "The Cake Factory" selling to hotels, restaurants, stores, and other outlets.

Bringing her service skills to real estate, Denisse today offers her buyers and sellers honest advice, a sincere smile, her loyal service, and a feeling of trust that builds relationships meant to last over time.

"New York is a great place to live, and I want to help people to find their perfect home here," says Denisse, whose passion for New York and desire for client satisfaction are what drives her each day. While she is a self-proclaimed "workaholic," she does enjoy swimming, horseracing, cooking, gardening and dining out, and long walks near the water in her little spare time. She is a huge fan of baseball, and finds fulfillment volunteering for various causes that benefit others whenever she can. Denisse speaks fluent English and Spanish, plus can read and write Arabic. She is also working towards her M.S. in Management and Systems at New York University.
