The two main aspects of a successful real estate transaction are on the one hand listening to the client’s needs and desires, and on the other understanding the financial constraints of the situation. David Libchaber excels at both and this makes him the only choice for your brokerage needs.
David is a consummate big city dweller. He has lived in Manhattan for the last nineteen years and grew up in Paris, France. This exposure to big city living gives David the ability to relate to his customer’s needs and provide them with exactly what they want. Finding the right apartment for each customer is the most rewarding aspect of David’s work. David is patient and trustworthy and takes time to develop a relationship with his clients in order to meet each client’s specific needs.
A graduate of Columbia University business school and the University of Chicago, David brings a high level of analytical understanding to a real estate transaction. Understanding the financial aspects of real estate requires a careful eye and attention to detail. His background in finance and marketing led David to work for two Fortune 500 companies before joining the dot com boom of the late nineties. The technological experience acquired there has served him very well since. He is extremely comfortable with the use of all technological innovations to best help you market your property and search for the property of your dreams.
When David is not running around the city with clients and customers, he enjoys his time with his wife and three young children. David is a Bridge Life Master and loves the game, even though he doesn’t have much time to play bridge anymore. David is the President of the Fort Tryon Jewish Center, an egalitarian congregation in Hudson Heights (where David lives) and which he has helped revive through major volunteerism and financial management. He spends time volunteering in his community and believes that is essential to making New York his home. He is a fluent French speaker and has worked with many families from foreign countries to help them find a home that reflects their cultural needs. Furthermore, his high level of ethics and consummate dedication to his clients makes David a perfect choice for your brokerage needs.
