Nick Arnold has long been intrigued by the economics of real estate. Nick has been involved in all aspects of New York city real estate. He has owned or developed rent-stabilized apartment buildings, ground-up construction and commercial buildings. Nick intimately understands the intricacies of the transaction process as well as sound value.

Born in North Carolina, Nick lived in various locations throughout the country in early years before studying economics at the University of Chicago. He subsequently lived in New York, Spain and France over the next twenty years, but returned for good to the place he truly considers home - Park Slope, Brooklyn. Professionally, Nick worked in a variety of finance related fields, most recently in management for the OECD in Paris, France. His interpersonal, managerial, organizational and negotiation skills lend exceptionally well to facilitating the success of his clients real estate transactions.
