He works throughout Manhattan in all neighborhoods, as well as in the Bronx and Brooklyn, matching people's needs with the properties that suit them best. Eric also has extensive experience in new development sales having served as one of the brokers who was integral in launching and selling out 152 East 118th Street in East Harlem.
Eric is as adept at working with numbers as he is working with people. He is extremely dedicated, attentive and creative in finding solutions that make his deals succeed. Originally from the Bronx, Eric still resides uptown with his family. He has a vast knowledge of the city and the rules and regulations of new developments His certificate in Advanced Building Systems and Property Management awarded by Housing & Preservation Development and other certifications fuel his advanced knowledge. Eric also has served as a consultant to landlords with whom he maintains solid relationships.
Initially a student of Marketing and Advertising, Eric later attended the Institute of Audio Research and became a recording engineer for major hip hop artists. Prior to that he was a cell phone technician for Verizon Wireless who learned and foresaw the advancements in cell phone technology that would one day become the premium tools for modern marketing.
