About Fabienne
"I Love New York" is a favorite song of mine, for it is the one that best describes my attitude towards this fantastic city. There truly isn’t “another one like it.” Every day I am fascinated and motivated by its fantastic energy, diversity and excitement, and that enthusiasm shines through in my real estate work. My goal is to make people happy, which is why I am totally committed to helping clients fulfill their every need, from finding the perfect Manhattan home to selling the property that has meant so much to them.
In my years selling real estate, I've developed an extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, an extremely loyal customer following, and an admirable track record as an award-winning real estate professional. Prior to entering real estate, I ran my own successful French gourmet foods business representing overseas manufacturers and distributing their products to the United States. I initially began the business in California after graduating law school, then my work brought me to New York where I met my husband, made my home, where I am raising my three children.
Being from Europe originally, I understand the impact of moving into Manhattan. I've been a proud, passionate New York City resident for over 20 years and am an official citizen who resides and owns a home in Harlem. I am totally dedicated to easing the transition for all my customers, whether they're from out of town or across town, and am particularly skilled at finding each customer their ideal home that best suits their lifestyle.
While I am frequently recognized as Broker of the Month at my Carnegie Hill office, among the Top 10 Brokers in the company, a member of Corcoran's prestigious Multi-Million-Dollar Club, and the Carnegie Hill Salesperson of the year for 2009, my greatest reward is the satisfaction of my clientele.
