Having worked for some of the city's most acclaimed architects and well regarded developers, John draws upon over a decade of professional experience in design, construction, and project management. This experience and a tireless work ethic have afforded him a sound foundation of real estate fundamentals, a uniquely informed sense of present market values, and a reputation for delivering consistent results. John poses a critical, unwavering attention to detail and a rare balance of pragmatic and creative expertise.
John received his Bachelor's degree in both Architecture and Business from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University where his graduate thesis examined the relationship between value, for-profit development, and the emerging green-building market. He is a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a member of the United States Green Building Council, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a Principal with LevLivingston – a design/build architecture and construction collaborative.
Born in Holland, Michigan, John has lived in New York City for more than 12 years. Now a Brooklyn resident, he is a proud uncle, a frenetic skier, and an outspoken Yankee fan.
