This former talent in post-production and animation for TV giants like CBS, CNBC and MTV is accustomed to fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and adept at making things happen even within the tightest timeframes. She knows that commitment, follow through and integrity make the difference between an ordinary and extraordinary broker…and she provides nothing less.

Kristina credits her strong work ethic and practical, professional approach to her father, a gifted salesman with his own NYC-based firm for over 15 years who taught her never to settle for anything other than top-quality customer service. "Dangling around the golf course with my father as a kid," says Kristina, "I remember what he told me - that there's no one out here to watch that you're not cheating, and that it's you against yourself. This philosophy is true in every area of life, particularly in my work."

Educated at New York University and Fordham University, Kristina enjoys diverse interests outside in her personal time. She is well traveled, an NAUI-Certified scuba diver, and a music enthusiast with a vast vinyl record collection. Kristina can also be found zigzagging the city streets on her vintage ’66 baby blue Vespa GT.
