Lindsay Barton Barrett is a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker in Corcoran’s Soho office. In 2012, with closed sales of over $60M, Lindsay was the Top Individual Broker in the Soho office and a member of Corcoran’s distinguished President’s Council, recognizing the top 25 brokers in the company, for the second year in a row. Also Union Square’s top broker in 2007, 2009 and 2010.
Lindsay began her career as a broker in 2002 after practicing real estate law at a prominent New York firm. She has a distinct philosophy among brokers – a belief in consistent hard work, professionalism and a sense of humor to round it all out. With years of experience and countless closed sales, she has the knowledge base to provide reasoned perspective or advice and a level of sophistication that is rare in the industry. Lindsay also happens to be a self-professed real estate dork – she loves the thrill of the chase and the negotiation, and she will talk deals, trends, and the market all day long

Lindsay now calls Cobble Hill, Brooklyn home, where she lives with her architect/developer husband Alex and two young kids. You can see her toting her yoga mat down Court Street on Saturdays, jogging in Prospect Park early mornings, or having family dinner at Watty & Meg or Boca Lupo Sunday evenings. But she’s always willing to stop and talk real estate.
