Originally from Detroit, Patrick has lived in New York since 2001 after re-locating from San Francisco. While living on the West Coast, Patrick gained notoriety for his business savvy and was integral to the success of multiple entrepreneurial ventures. He was a key member of the group which launched the action sport company Switch which introduced step-in bindings to the snowboard industry and landed on the cover of Inc. Magazine as the fastest growing startup of 1995. The company established outposts in Europe and Japan, and eventually sold to Vans the famed skate shoemaker. Patrick’s entrepreneurial skill serves him well in the competitive industry of NYC real estate.
Having bought, renovated and sold several Brooklyn properties, Patrick has personally been on all sides of the transaction. He currently lives with his family in a civil-war era townhouse in Historic Clinton Hill.
