This "almost" native New Yorker, raised in Connecticut, has lived in New York City since 1978. A graduate of Smith College in Massachusetts with a BA in English and Political Science, Paula excelled in sales throughout her career path. In 1988 she turned to real estate and never looked back. Today, an impressive 90% of her business is derived from repeat clients and referrals from satisfied clients for whom Paula has gone above and beyond - always exceeding expectations.

A member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, Paula has owned her Bedford Street cooperative apartment since 1984 and has served on the building's Board of Directors (currently as Board President) for more than 20 years. This experience further enhances Paula's unique perspective into a co-op's inner workings, making her well versed on topics ranging from the cost of running a building to the intricacies of the buyer approval process.

When she is not helping clients, Paula finds time to enjoy travel, music, theater, gourmet cooking, entertaining and working on her weekend home in Rhinebeck, New York.
