About Rosemarie
Rosemarie Ceraso's motto for living has always been: Life is an adventure. Whichever path we choose, create it to be an exciting one. It is this passion which she brings into her brokerage career. Rosemarie has an ongoing love affair with real estate from an early age. Her first transaction at the age of 18 was for 10 acres of wooded property in upstate NY which she purchased from earnings from part time jobs while still in college. She developed that land by designing, building and selling ski chalets. Since then she has purchased, designed and flipped many properties in N.Y., Texas, and Costa Rica. She joined the Corcoran Group in 2001 and since has shared her expertise with buyers, sellers, and developers by successfully closing properties on their behalf throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Ulster County/Woodstock and Costa Rica.
Rosemarie's past career as a Vice President in a Fortune 500 media corporation in Manhattan, where she worked in administrative, creative, sales and marketing capacities, lends a strong combination for a successful career in real estate.
