I love architecture. I was raised in Charleston, South Carolina, and I think that is where my love of historic buildings comes from. After moving to Atlanta and attending Georgia State University, I set out to buy my first property. It took a year to find the first one; Nearly driving my real estate agent, Brian, batty in the process. I asked a lot of questions, but he was patient with me and he found the right property. Within six months, I'd purchased the second property and found myself enveloped in the renovation process and enjoying it. As a result, I am familiar with zoning, F.A.R., multiple phase environmental, and just about all the nomenclature an inspection engineer will ever throw at you. By the way, always do a property inspection. I enjoy New York's neighborhoods and discovering newly opened cafes or finding that better short cut to the train station.
I currently live in a loft in Williamsburg at the Gretsch Building with my better half and my dog, Chili.
