Stefanie's broad experience has encompassed the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets, and has included new development sales and rentals and various other property types. Among her recent projects were the luxurious 144 North 8th Street in Williamsburg, and a new 101-unit rental development at 1125 Banner Avenue that she represents exclusively. Stefanie has also sold at other sought-after buildings in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, making her an expert in these areas. She has over the years enjoyed pioneering success in both up-and-coming neighborhoods and established ones to serve the unique needs of her clients.

Stefanie's vast market knowledge as a seasoned broker and native New Yorker is complemented by her strong business background and analytical approach to pricing. Sellers can always count on her accuracy to ensure that their properties are priced well and marketed aggressively to achieve the best results.

Prior to entering real estate, Stefanie worked at Time Warner and Disney. She holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from SUNY Binghamton. While in graduate school, she studied and worked for a semester in Barcelona, Spain. Stefanie currently lives in Greenpoint with her husband and two daughters.
