Steve Millhollon has made a fulfilling career out of his favorite hobby - looking at real estate. An open house "addict" for many years, Steve has turned his passion into a profession, and his talent for sales into a rewarding venture for both himself and his clients.
An "Air Force" brat, Steve grew up in various places but spent most of his life in Texas. After graduating from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls with a BS degree in Computer Science and Accounting, he worked as an applications programmer and developer for several years before moving into software sales and management. During his 20-plus-year tenure in the industry, he earned the #1 spot in the country for sales in his market. Prior to transferring his skills to real estate, Steve sold Internet services and strategy for dot com companies in New York.
Steve is able to use his technological savvy to maximize value and results for his clients, thanks to his skills at scouring listings, conducting research and marketing properties. Yet he also streamlines the real estate experience with his sales savvy, keen intuition, dedication to clients' needs and flair for customer service. Steve loves real estate, and the enthusiasm and dedication he brings to his work shows in the results.
Outside of work, this Gramercy resident likes to do occasional stand-up comedy, volunteers his time for various political groups, and enjoys playing golf.
