About Tena

Tena fell instantly in love with everything about the city during her first visit here. For the past several years she divided her time between finishing her master's degree in Croatia and the Greenwich Village apartment where she now lives.

She has always had a love and talent for conversing with other people, and it was her strong communications abilities and empathy that allowed her to excel in her university studies in journalism and political science. Thus it was only natural that while in school she worked producing TV interview segments for a nationally syndicated news programs in Croatia.

Additionally, a well-traveled childhood on the Adriatic Coast encouraged a flair for languages: Serbo-Croatian, Italian, and English being her primary fluencies, with conversancy in German and Spanish.

Tena assessed her strengths and passions and had a very easy time settling on the real estate industry as a great match for her talents. Tena’s philosophy of helping her clients find residences is one of both patience and methodical diligence.
