Partnering with his wife, Jessica Armstead, also a Corcoran Vice President and seasoned broker with whom he co-founded The Armstead Group, Brian ensures the highest degree of integrity, diligence, dedication and respect when working with every client. In his first five years in the business, Brian sold an impressive 55 properties. He and Jessica have successfully represented a broad range of clients, from individual buyers and sellers in the resale market to developers of new construction.

And their record attests to that. As seller's brokers, they have achieved what was at the time the quickest sale in one building's history, the highest price ever in another building, and the highest price per square foot in yet another. They're also expert in helping developers find construction financing and buyers find lenders for end-user financing, which has given them a distinct edge in selling properties in their developments over competitors who fell short due to a lack of available financing. Brian attended Rochester Institute of Technology, and previously honed his service, sales and marketing skills in the travel industry. He and Jessica, also a native New Yorker, are real estate market experts and active community members. Brian is the co-founder of East Harlem Cares, an organization which brings neighborhood condo owners together to participate in local politics, clean-up days, and groups to help improve the area's quality of life.
