As an Administrative Assistant at one of our branch offices throughout New York City, The Hamptons, and South Florida, you can use your organizational expertise to help keep our business running smoothly. From greeting our agents and clients, supporting our Office Managers and Senior Managing Directors, to daily administrative support duties, you will be a main contributor to the inner workings of the office. We will count on you to make sure files are maintained, agents’ board packages are prepared seamlessly, and deal documents are processed without delay, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.

no further. We are seeking real estate professionals to work at one of our exclusive onsite developments leasing or selling some of NYC’s most lavish properties.
Our onsite development marketing groups work with some of New York City’s most prolific developers to lease and sell the neighborhood’s newest apartments. You will work closely with your onsite team to market the property creatively, coordinate with clients to show available units, and ultimately negotiate the terms of the contract! Provide excellent knowledge and guidance to potential clients to help them find their new way home.
