Over the last few months I've had the pleasure of working with your colleague Francine as we worked to close on my very first co-op purchase in Brooklyn. This was my first time navigating the New York real estate market and Francine made everything so easy--she's optimistic, comforting in her knowledge and experience, and incredibly responsive to my (many!) questions.

Francine was amazing to work with. She helped my daughter find the perfect apartment in the perfect neighborhood and paid very close attention to what her desired living situation would be. Francine always did what she said she was going to do., knew how to handle all aspects of our transaction like a pro,and a plus was her incredible knowledge of the city.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new home and it's all thanks to Francine. Over the course of perhaps two months, Francine found nearly 20 properties for us to visit in Brooklyn and Manhattan, within our specifications. We went to most of them together, and through all of our questions, insecurities, and indecision, she was nothing but supportive, knowledgeable, and kind.

Even though a few months went by since we were a team looking for my new place, I would like to thank you, for your superb assistance. Not only you were enthusiastic and charming but your knowledge of Brooklyn and lower Manhattan was enormous. Even though another agent was lucky to present me with the final opportunity, I admit that the time we spent visiting properties was highly productive.
