About Scott

Scott is a former Highland Beach resident who now lives in Tropic Isle in Delray Beach. Originally from Michigan, Scott has lived in Florida since 1983 and now specializes in local waterfront market knowledge, particularly in Highland Beach, Delray Beach, Hypoluxo, Gulf Stream and Ocean Ridge neighborhoods. Scott bought his first Florida house in 1987, and he has bought and sold over 25 homes in Palm Beach County for himself since 1998. Scott comes to Corcoran after having owned his own real estate, title and direct lending companies, successfully closing a countless number of housing transactions.
