Love at first sight is how one can describe the start of Patricia Britton's beautiful East End story. Born and raised in France, Patricia is an adopted New Yorker used to big cities like New York, Paris and London; yet she also loved her early lifestyle, riding her bike to get pastries and feeling at home in her small scenic community. Patricia was thrilled to find a similar lifestyle in Montauk!

Patricia studied drama in Paris with Niels Arestrup and then studied English in London where she met her husband, an architect from the US. In NY Patricia studied with Bobby Lewis and worked with Ayad Akhtar (actor, director, writer). She also became a certified personal trainer and practiced yoga to help herself and others lead a healthy, balanced life. Upon becoming a mom, she teamed with her husband in his architecture office that specializes in designing, renovating and building custom homes. When the family made the move to Montauk, Patricia realized her perfect career in real estate.
