A direct descendent of Russia's Catherine the Great from an uninterrupted family line dating back to 880AD, Countess Catherine Buxhoeveden, aka Catherine Holzer, has traveled extensively yet chose to make her permanent home on Long Island's East End where she has been vacationing for over 20 years.
