Longtime Southampton resident Robert Simonson has been a leading residential and commercial real estate agent throughout the East End as well as in the Manhattan marketplace. His extensive experience and knowledge of everything from the early phases of construction and renovation to the final purchase or sale fuels Rob's effectiveness in instilling the comfort level necessary to successfully get his customers and clients to the next step.

Originally from Syosset, NY, Rob is a Long Island native who modeled for 15 years after graduating from Boise State University. He began purchasing, renovating, building and selling properties in 1986, and never looked back in terms of applying this passion for investing to bigger and better pursuits. In 1997, Rob turned that expertise into a profession.

Rob is an incredibly personable, knowledgeable and service driven professional who strives to not only make the purchase or sale process seamless and expedient as possible for his buyers and sellers, but enjoyable and rewarding as well. Rob lives in a beautiful Farmhouse in Southampton. When not focused on work or family he is a sports enthusiast as he is an avid surfer.
