Sue Feleppa brings four qualities to the table that she believes are essential in selling and buying land and homes on the East End: hard work, plainspoken honesty, creativity, and personal real estate experience.
Sue and her husband bought their first home in the Hamptons in 1969, moving full-time from Manhattan shortly after. In her early 20s, this courageous entrepreneur turned savvy businesswoman opened the very popular and successful Royale Fish Restaurant which she ran in Amagansett and East Hampton for 13 years. Needless to say, hard work, commitment to the community, and quality customer service were essential.
Having personally purchased, restored, decorated, rented and sold more than a dozen major properties in Amagansett and East Hampton, Sue knows the strengths and weaknesses of the East End market. Currently, she's adding to her knowledge and expertise by investing in the building of spec homes in the area.
Sue gladly shares her insight and experience with buyers, sellers and renters in all East End localities, and at all price ranges. During the past decade, she has earned a superior reputation for helping new buyers whom she very much enjoys educating and bringing up to speed.
Originally from Southold on the North Fork, Sue attended Alfred University then moved to Manhattan where she gained financial experience working on Wall Street in research and eventually as a trader. In 1993, she completed her Bachelors degree in Psychology at Stony Brook University.
Outside of work when time allows, Sue loves to cook, read, find a bargain, help neighbors solve problems, and spend as much time as possible with her husband and three creative sons.
