Most recently Deborah has furthered her reputation through the quick sell-out of multiple condominium projects throughout the borough while simultaneously maintaining her re-sale business. Deborah has always believed that these two sides of the business greatly inform one another. At the same time, it is impossible to help an individual buyer navigate a negotiation without understanding the mind of a seller and the intricacies of comparable properties based on location, condition and size. Originally from Boston, she came to New York to attend Barnard College as an undergraduate, and moved back here after earning her masters in design and photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Deborah exhibited her many creative talents first working in museum design, then in graphic art and art direction for many of the biggest publishing companies in the world, including AOL Time Warner, Disney, and McGraw-Hill.
