Davina Rosenbaum traveled a great deal in her former fashion career, but always loved coming home to New York. It is this same enthusiasm that drives her to help customers find that special gem to call home in the city, no matter what their particularly preferences, location or lifestyle demands.

Born in Canada and raised in Brazil and Singapore, Davina brings a worldly perspective, and passion for different cultures, to her real estate work. Honing her keen eye for aesthetics, mind for detail and ear for new trends, Davina transitioned from the world of wholesale fashion to events production for top designers. She also co-owned and operated a showroom focused exclusively on South American women's wear designers, plus freelanced in sales for two high-end fashion houses, splitting time between Paris and New York.

Her fascination for design, architecture, style and staging made the transition to real estate easy and natural for Davina. With her foundation for success always in the relationship-building aspect of her work, she partners closely with buyers and sellers to listen to their needs then quickly execute the best course of action working towards them. Davina is an attentive advocate and astute problem solver in the real estate process, able to seamlessly orchestrate and bring the many pieces of a transaction together in her clientele's best interest.

A West Village resident, Davina has also enjoyed life in Tribeca, the East Village and Upper West Side. Outside of exploring the city with clients and for leisure, she loves to travel, is learning how to surf, plus has taken on the art of cooking and creating beautiful presentations of food.
