Prior to entering real estate, Joy was a home furnishing and jewelry buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue and a jeweler for Tiffany & Co. Her retail and design background proved to be a perfect foundation for residential real estate where conveying the right message is key. Additionally, she founded Shopping Tours of New York, a shopping service for inbound tourists to New York City which earned her renown and international media coverage.

A perennial top producer, Joy is a Senior Vice President and a member of Corcoran's prestigious Multi-Million-Dollar Club. Joy served on the Executive Board of her own building during its conversion to condominium. She is a real estate investor and a second home owner. Among her colleagues, she is the go-to person for guidance on dealing with many of the issues that arise in any given transaction.

Joy is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and the West Side Chamber of Commerce.

She attended The Kent Place School in Summit, N.J. and received her B.A. in Art History at The George Washington University.

In her spare time, Joy enjoys ballet, music, trap shooting, cooking, and daily morning walks in Central Park with her Labrador retriever, Sally. She is unabashed in her love of Home and Manhattan, finding inspiration and motivation from both the grand and small gestures to be found in this, the greatest city in the world.
