A non-competing manager who has headed up Corcoran Brooklyn Heights since 2007, Joe has been awarded membership in the prestigious President’s Council every year for his office’s outstanding performance. He draws upon keen understanding of customer service to both motivate his team, and help them build their business. Joe excels as leader who takes time to teach new agents the ropes (above and beyond what they learn in Corcoran’s formal training) plus give experienced pros valuable tips on creative marketing, strategies for winning clients and more.

“In an ever-evolving market, real estate training is ongoing,” says Joe, a believer in continually empowering agents via one-on-one and group sessions. Agents at all levels in their career greatly appreciate his management style and intimate knowledge of both the residential resale and new development markets.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Joe honed his managerial prowess at a prominent public relations agency where he oversaw the IT department, supervised staff and ran the daily business operations. He also demonstrated his creative side as an actor and writer/producer for numerous Off-Broadway productions. A South Florida native, Joe holds a joint Masters degree in Theater from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and Moscow Art Theatre in Russia. He has lived in New York City for nearly two decades, and remains passionate about Brooklyn’s array of historic, culturally vibrant neighborhoods. Outside of work Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Marie, and their two boys Lachlan and Jack.
