Ultimately she was transferred to New York, a place she had fallen in love with at the age of 18 when she visited for the first time. This offered Jannette an opportunity to be exposed to Manhattan’s most exclusive real estate and insight into what the city’s most prominent co-op and condo owners seek in a living space.

After buying her third home, Jannette became hooked on the real estate process, knowing how deeply satisfying it is to find the perfect ‘nest’. Originally from Seattle, Jannette has lived in San Francisco and Virginia before buying her co-op in the Alden on Central Park West. She is walked several times a day by her funny looking poodle mix (ask her about the commercial her dog is in with John McEnroe), and she enjoys theater, dining out and social events with old and new friends.
