The Details About 145 Nassau Street

The Potter Building was built in 1886 in the Beaux Art style and was designated a New York City landmark in 1996. The elaborate terra cotta and brick facade is one of the most beautiful facades in Manhattan. The building was part of "Newspaper Row" and was once home to The New York Observer.
