Dave was very knowledgeable about the process and market and a good communicator of that knowledge. He was forthright in quality of homes as he saw them and would readily provide an honest review of a home at viewing. He never pushed us to buy a home and willingly looked at lots of homes that never made the offer list. That being said, when we found a home we liked Dave was quick to reach out to the selling agent. In fact, with Dave at the helm we place ONE offer on a home which is the home we closed on less than a week ago. In this market that is practically unheard of. Dave is great to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone.
