We met Mala at a Sag Harbor open house. I had obviously heard of her, since she is one of the top brokers on the east end. We were determined to not use a broker. Almost immediately, she changed our minds. It was early Covid days and inventory was slim. She suggested we build. We were determined not to take on that task as well.
