How should we connect with you?

    Goshen

Named for the biblical land referenced in the Book of Genesis, Goshen is a town and village of nearly 15,000 residents that serves as the seat of Orange County. It’s also home to a handful of hamlets and a portion of Florida, which it shares with the neighboring municipality of Warwick. Goshen’s central business district flanks a classic Main Street, bookended by Route 6 and the c.1838 Goshen Historic Track, a national landmark which holds distinction as America’s oldest continuously-operating horse race circuit. Hambletonian 10, the trotter from whom all Standardbred horses descend, was Goshen celebrity, and his legacy is commemorated at the neighboring Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame. In-town neighborhoods of Painted Ladies and towering steeples fade to newer housing tracks heading out of town, tag-teaming with pockets of unspoiled farmland, rolling hills, and woods.
